Fox International Property Holdings Limited is the property development and investment arm of the Fox Group, operating in the Channel Islands and the UK.

The company has been involved in a number of prestigious commercial and office developments in Jersey and Guernsey, Bracknell, Camberley and in the London area, both on behalf of the Fox Group, on its own account and jointly with development partners.

In recent times, the company has concentrated on proactive and active asset management and owns and manages office and warehousing buildings in Jersey together with Chalcroft Business Park in Hampshire comprising 250,000 square feet of warehouse and offices on a 57 acres site close to the M27 between Southampton and Portsmouth.
