Welcome to J.J. Fox International

A H Copp Limited was incorporated in Jersey as an importer and distributor of tobacco products in 1938. The business was purchased in 1968 by Freddie Fox who expanded operations into Guernsey in 1974. Over the years the trading activities in the Channel Islands expanded beyond tobacco, and the company established a successful property arm and assumed ownership of the family’s London retail business specialising in premium cigars.

A reorganisation of the Group in 2004 left JJ Fox International Limited as the parent holding company for the subsidiaries allowing them to focus specifically on their own areas of expertise. Each has its own Board responsible for the development of strategies and business plans suitable for its business; those plans, upon approval, are funded by the parent holding company JJ Fox International Limited.
